Ancient Universal Medicine
It's "ancient" because the origins of Ayurveda (the medicine of India), Chinese Medicine, Shamanic Practice, and Tibetan Medicine are so old they have their roots in pre-literate human history - a kind of timelessness in fact.
It's "universal" because qualities such as heat, coldness, dampness, and dryness are commonly observed in Nature as well as in the body, and how they promote states of health or disease, not based on time or culture.
It's "medicine" because from this ancient and universal perspective we can learn to heal ourselves and to heal others in a way that transcends the ego's attachment to what's "new" and "special"; remembering that it is the attitude of unselfish caring for others which is the greatest health-giver.
